Blue Zones Mild Sauce


From the Costa Rican Blue Zones this is a mild sauce, with great taste and friendly for any beginner. This chili is ideal to accompany all your meals or to marinate meat, poultry or fish. A good companion to Gallo Pinto (Costa Rica’s national dish). The difference in the process refers as it is cook from the fruit (without concentrates of any kind) in clay ovens (Guatil type) in Santa Cruz, Guanacaste.
